Shipping for all items within the United States is a flat rate of $2.50. Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 2 business days of placing your order. If an item can not be shipped within that time, you will be emailed with an approximate shipping date.
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact me for the rate before placing your order.
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, please contact me! I want you to be happy with your purchase and will do whatever I can to make that the case. As a general rule however, you may return any item within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.
Applicable sales tax will be added for items shipped to an address within the state of Colorado. If you're in the city of Colorado Springs this is 7.4%. If your're in an unincorporated area of El Paso county the tax is 4.9%. Everywhere else in Colorado is 2.9%.
You may pay with any major credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or using a Paypal account. Payment information is
collected securely through Paypal. If you are paying by credit card, a Paypal account is not required. Simply follow the Paypal instructions to continue through payments without an account.
To pay by check or money order please make the payment out to Stephanie Lindner and send me an email so that I can provide you with a mailing address.
Whether your order is for you or is a gift, all jewelry orders are gift wrapped free of charge! Your jewelry will arrive in an organza bag or jewelry gift box. If you are ordering more than one piece and would like them wrapped separately, please add a comment or send me an email along with your order.
Any information you provide to Blue Lily Designs will never be sold or shared with a third party. Payment transactions are made securely through PayPal so that your information is safe.
